The Truth About Soul Mate Relationships (It’s not all bliss balls and ecstasy)…

Ok, since I have attracted my soulmate (something everyone wants to do but very few know how) and I’ve been at it with her for the last year and a half or so I finally feel I can come out and talk about the mechanics/reality of the soulmate contract.

And a contract is exactly what it is a spiritual contract. One that states “I’ll shine your beauty and your shit up to your face all at the same time and if you don’t do overcome your unconscious patterns we’re both fucked!”

Whoever doesn’t believe in the idea of a soulmate partnership doesn’t believe in their own salvation because that’s exactly what these relationships are all about.

Trust me, it’s all fun and games at first…

I remember the first time I met my amazing woman, I just knew after 30 years of searching I had finally found her. I didn’t have words to describe what was happening to me, in fact I didn’t even really know what was happening I just knew I had to explore this connection at a much deeper level.

Let me start off by telling you how I was able to attract this level of a relationship in the first place.

Like most people in life I’ve had my heart broken many times before. Whoever I got involved with I knew that I liked but I didn’t really have the level of depth and knowing that I have with KD (www.KDChurchill.com).

The first thing I had to do before I could attract KD was heal my broken heart and the first step I took was to accept the fact that I may never find love again. I accepted the fact that I may die a lonely old man who never truly found love in that form. (That and spend many lonely nights masturbating!)

And even before that I spent many years writing out my ideal mate. I highly recommend you do this as well because how is the universe suppose to know what to deliver if you’re so vague in your intentions?

KD was everything I wanted and more. She’s gorgeous, she’s kind, she’s a dancer, she’s a model, she’s spiritual, she’s psychic, she’s a channel, she’s incredibly sensual, and she has an immense amount of sexual power (so much she makes most guys shrivel in her mere presence and evokes immense amount of jealousy in other women, it’s crazy).

Now in order to attract a woman like this I had to first become a man.

I didn’t really have the chance to grow up with a dad, so I had to figure all of this out myself. It took years of massive rejection by women, watching every girl I wanted end up with one of my bad boy friends when I knew I could give her much more I just didn’t know how.

So I did crazy things, I bought books and studied social dynamics. I bought courses, I made friends with guys that were good with women and got involved in some pretty crazy communities but all of this stuff was surface level stuff.

I wasn’t learning the real lesson…

You see when you are in the flow and the magic of life you don’t need books, techniques or even knowledge to bring you the things you desire. You just have to be open and ready to receive.

So after years of immense suffering and loneliness I went into the core of the issue, my broken heart.

I began practicing yoga and slowly but shortly, week after week as I pulled my shoulders back my heart was opening. I didn’t have a choice but to accept love, my physiology wouldn’t have it any other way. To learn more about how the way you move your body can affect just about everything in my life be sure and read my blog post: Move Your Body Move Your Life.

I still was so closed off mentally though I just knew had to open up more. So I began reading deeper books on relationships, you name them I read them all. I read books on tantra, alternative sexuality, and polyamory. (just being open to different view points is enough to shift your energy in the right direction, you don’t have to join a crazy sex cult to heal yourself!)

I dropped my judgments around sexuality and the preferences people choose to relate with one another.

I also worked with an amazing acupuncturist here on Maui, named TJ Frank. If you’re ever on Maui and want to work with a great soul doctor who can shift your life in amazing ways look him up.

I got vulnerable with TJ and let him know I wanted to open up to love again, he popped some needles in me and bam a week later in Los Angeles KD shows up into my experience.

Go back and read all the steps I took to make this happen if you need to again but I believe if you do in your own way you will attract your soulmate.

“When the student is ready the teacher presents itself”

And what could be a better teacher to you than a 24/7 mirror being held up directly to your face aka your soulmate.

Now, let’s talk about the TRUE nature of soulmate relationships…You know, the stuff they don’t show you in the movies!

To me a soulmate relationship is a contract, it’s true spiritual work, it’s the warrior’s path and anyone who tells you otherwise is simply too afraid to do the real work.

I believe before we come into physical form we sign certain contracts and if we evolve to the level where we are ready to go all the way, we attract the “one”.

We say “ok life, I’ve had enough, I know there’s more please show it to me” and if we’re ready within ourselves that’s when the contract begins.

It’s really fun at first! It’s everything you ever dreamed of and more. A true companion, someone that finally understands you.

But all that stuff is just to hook you in for what you really came here to do…EVOLVE.

You see, I love my woman she’s God’s greatest gift to me but what a soulmate relationship is really all about is uncovering unconscious patterns within ourselves and that is why having a soulmate is truly the key to your salvation.

Trust me, I’ve tried doing it alone…I failed miserably and suffered as a result of my own stubornness, anyone that tells you they can do it on their own is afraid to face their demons.

And on the other side of the fence we have those that are so free in their relationships and their sexuality their entire life force is depleted, their energy is scattered, and they’re still miserable, and even worse they look twice as old as they really are.

There’s no avoiding the fact that we’re here to do the work.

There’s no avoiding the fact that we are all fucked up and beautiful at the same time.

So while your partner can shine your negative patterns on you all the time they also can bring out the best in you and that’s why I believe the soulmate relationship is life’s greatest gift and our biggest spiritual challenge.

On the other side of the coin, KD makes me face all of my garbage and on the other side of the coin she brings out the best in me.

I have so much more personal power because I have a strong, supportive, and vibrant woman behind me.

It’s funny, everywhere I take her out she attracts a lot of attention from various unsuspecting dudes but sometimes I want to reach over and whisper in their ears’ “what you see on the surface may look very enticing but what’s underneath is a spiritual ass kicking!”

As a man to attract this kind of relationship you must learn to become a gentle warrior and as a woman you must be able to be soft, and sensual, yet firm.

And ladies don’t be afraid of your sexual power is the most amazing, most seductive part of you. This might take years to heal, thanks to thousands of years of shame, guilt, and religious programming but I am encouraging you to do the work if you don’t feel completely free in your body.

Men, my advice to you is to learn how to play on both sides. Most men need to soften up BIG time, drop the front and your overgrown ego any real woman who is in touch with her femininity (the kind we all really want anyways) can see right through the bullshit.

Yoga is a great way for men to soften up. The practice of Hatha Yoga is working with Yin (feminine) energy but be careful not to become too soft because despite the fact that every woman says they want a nice guy what they really want is a deep, masculine man who they can totally surrender to, who can provide for them, who can ravish them and make all their childhood fantasies come true. (Women are deeply sexual creatures, much more than men)

Living on Maui there’s a lot of yin, a lot of the dudes on the island have turned into girls and this is real common in any new age community. This is something I have to be aware of so to compensate I practice martial arts, spend time in solitude, and reach out to other men who have tapped into their masculine nature and learn from them.

Trust me, men if you haven’t yet tapped into your deep masculinity figure out how. There is a lot of power there and it can be a bit scary at first but strangely addicting. Imagine walking around all day feeling like a powerful animal, that’s what it feels like (words really can’t do the feeling justice) and this is your true masculine nature.

For the ladies, it’s all about softness, sensuality, and sexuality.

Ok, a little off tangent there but you get the point.

With that being said being in a soulmate relationship may not be all fun and games but I wouldn’t have it any other way. A good woman will always test your strength and challenge you to live up to your full potential.

And a good man will always provide for, adore, ravish, and make his woman feel his deep masculine power which completely frees her.

Bottom Line: Being in a soul mate relationship is the most amazing, most challenging, and most rewarding path one could follow. It’s like having your own full time spiritual trainer!

I hope you got something out of this and if you enjoyed it please share it with your friends on Facebook and Twitter or anyone you feel compelled to pass it along too!

Aloha,

Jayson

YOU and Your Vision For A Better World Are Far More Powerful Than Any Trick, Gimmick or Technique…

Aloha,

It’s a beautiful Saturday morning here on Maui and I have some golden nuggets I’d like to share with you if you don’t mind.

As I look out my office window all I can see is lush green vegetation, the soothing deep blues of the pacific ocean, and I’m breathing in what I believe to be the freshest air on the planet.

Basically the spirit of Aloha and the healing energy of Maui has inspired to write something deep and meaningful for you today.

I snapped this shot from my iphone as I sat down to write this post.

Today I’m going to be sharing some really foundational stuff when it comes to creating true success in life.

And by success I’m not so much talking about the monetary since (although what I’m about to share with you has the potential to earn you millions of dollars) it’s much deeper than that.

I’m talking about your own definition of success.  Not society’s, not your parents, not what you may be seeing other people do out there but YOURS.

The kind of success that may not make you the richest man or woman on the planet but the type of success that makes you feel good about who you are, what you’re doing, and can give you the lifestyle or quality of life that you’re looking for.

After all, that’s what we’re all looking for whether we realize it or not.

For me, I believe I’ve achieved that.

However, that doesn’t mean that life stops here, I still love to grow, learn, serve, overcome fears, set new goals, and am constantly re-defining myself but as far as quality of life is concerned, I have arrived.

And I didn’t do it the same way everybody else did it, I did it my own way, and my intention in writing this post is to empower you and let you know it’s ok for you to do the same.

You see, in the online and offline world there is a lot of gimmicks, a lot of tricks, and a lot techniques that we are taught will bring us success in life.  Don’t get me wrong, strategy is key but without a powerful vision it doesn’t mean jack.

But what exactly is success?

When I first started on the path, I thought that the more money I made the more successful I would be.

Thinking back on times where I’ve made the most money, I did some pretty crazy things.

Things like overworking myself until I became sick, having a mind that was so wound up about work I couldn’t sleep at night, watching my health deteriorate, not having enough time for friends, becoming so focused on work I could no longer enjoy myself unless I was working.  I had squeezed all the passion and joy out of my life and those who chose to stay around me over the pursuit of money.

That’s when I had to take a step back and take a good, long hard look at my direction in life and make some changes.

By doing this I had realized that my definition of success at the time was not in alignment with my real, authentic values or lifestyle goals.

I bought into the masses version of success and that just didn’t match up with mine.

Now, in my case and in most people’s case I thought freedom came from money and while in a sense it does,  it’s really just a small part of the freedom equation.

To me real freedom comes from living your truth and a bonus to that is learning how to get paid for being who you are and doing only what you love.

If you’re an artist you have to figure this out, for you there is no other way.

You see, the reason I say your vision is far more powerful than any trick or technique is because we all take on things along the way that don’t necessarily serve us.

Be it ideas, strategies, techniques, or someone else’s dream or version of success and this is perfectly normal.  It’s part of our growth and development process if we are serious about becoming the best possible version of ourselves.

It’s important not to get caught up in victim consciousness here, blaming someone else’s way for our suffering.  We just have to take a step back and see what lesson life was trying to teach us.

How can you know what you really, really want if you haven’t experienced what you don’t want?

This is called clarity through contrast.

Why YOU and your vision is far superior to any method or strategy.

People love to be around passionate, purpose driven, and enthusiastic people.

They love to follow them, to become friends with them, to serve them, to buy stuff from them, and  they want their energy.  The fact of the matter is a lot of the people in our world today are suffering immensely and they don’t even know it from lack of passion.

However, one interaction with a passionate person who has a greater vision for the world can instantly awaken and inspire them to wake up from their slumber and become ALIVE once again.

Passionate people are passionate because they know who they are, they know why they’re here, they know what they love, and they share it with the world.

And when they express their vision to others and to the world they are richly rewarded for it, in many ways.

The point of my post is this…

If you have a vision for the world, start talking about it and share it with others.  If you’re creating a business online or developing some sort of product talk more about your vision than the techniques.

Techniques and tricks are boring.  Passion, vision, and enthusiasm are exciting.

So talk about what really makes your heart sing, especially in your marketing efforts.  Let people know who you are and what you stand for.

By doing this you’ll attract the kind of customers you want to attract, people that love you and your message but they’re much more than customers…

They’re lifelong, loyal friends.  They are your TRIBE.

So, next time you have an idea or you know of someway you can help people.  Lead with your passion, your vision, and your enthusiasm not boring gimmicks and tricks.

If you’re just starting out on the path it’s really important you become clear on your vision, who you are, and what you came here to do.

For many people they spend their entire lives trying to uncover this but you and I have a distinct advantage over previous generations.

You have the world at your fingertips, anything you need to learn or uncover is just a Google search, tweet, or blog post away.

If you need to take time to be with yourself, preferably alone in nature.  Nature has a magical way of speaking to us if we only take the time to listen.

Think about what really drives you in life, if you have to recall happy memories where you were in your bliss, or ask friends or family members.

"Follow your Bliss" -Joseph Campbell

For me I’m big on a lot of things but at my core I’m huge on service, community, personal responsibility, individual action, and sustainability.

I have a vision for a more loving, more sustainable world, growing our own food, generating our own power, and enjoying all the luxuries of modern technology in a way that doesn’t hurt the environment aka our mother.

Ever since I was a child I found my greatest joy spending time in the natural world and over the years of living in Hawaii I’ve really been able to tap back into that and if I can help just one person live in a more natural way I know that I have lived my life’s purpose.

Don’t make the mistake of thinking you have to be a hotshot, big, and glamorous or that you have to carry the burden of the world on your shoulders.  Often times that comes from an inner child seeking approval, or an over spiritualized ego.

Trust me, I’ve been there it’s not fun. If this is a desire of yours make sure you test it’s validity, often our ego’s need for recognition and approval can drown out the song of our soul.

Do what you love, do what brings you joy, and learn how to monetize it and if you want to be the next Bill Gates or Warren Buffet go for it.

Just remember to follow YOUR dreams and take the time to find out if they’re really yours.  I would hate to be laying on my deathbed with the realization that I lived my whole life based on somebody else’s ideals rather than my own and I’m sure you would to.

Much Aloha,

Jayson

Move Your Body, Move Your Life. A Simple Formula For Undeniable Growth And Change.

This blog post is about my 2 driving forces in life, mastery and balance and how you can achieve both of them in your daily life.

I strive each and every moment to live my life in a masterful, meaningful way.  I strive for balance, consistency, and stability no matter how chaotic my environment or life may seem.

And if there is one thing that has helped me above all else in my quest for these things it is body movement and conscious breathing.

I was never aware of this until the age of 30.  For some reason I had this strange resistance towards exercise, maybe it was because every time I would sign up for a gym pass I was surrounded by huge egos.

On top of that lifting weights and using machinery just didn’t seem like a natural way to develop strength, agility, and flexibility.  It just never really vibed with me.

I never believed in taking muscle building supplements (thank god) or anything for that matter.  I also believed in the power of nature of fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.

I say this because a lot of the people I would run into in the gym looked like mutants.  There arms were so big they could barely walk, they spent more time flexing in the mirror than they did working out.  It was just not appealing to me so I would do things like play basketball to exercise.

And I also never understood why everyone had to dress up in their pimp jump suits or why they were wearing their sunglasses while pumping iron, haha.  What a strange world…

Anyways as a kid I took a few martial arts classes which were really fun for me but I did not yet have the discipline to wake up at 6am only to sick on a freezing cold wrestling mat while my sensei kicked me in the stomach.

Today I’m totally different.

I understand the value of body movement, and physical discipline.

Be it dance, yoga or martial arts they all have the potential to change your life in profound ways.

When you begin to move your body in a certain manner and you do it consistently you develop consistency in your life.

When you develop strength in your body you will naturally develop strength in your life.

When you develop poise, posture, and balance in your body you will have it in your life, it is inevitable.

This is a lot different than going to the gym and “working out”.

It’s moving your body with purpose, intention and meaning.

I started discovering this through my yoga practice.  Living on Maui is really great as far as quality of life is concerned and what I have available in my own backyard.

However, I began by practicing yoga on DVD’s at home.  I would do it 2x per day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

It hurt at first but I kept going.  Within the first 30 days many things began to shift in my life.  The first one being my diet.

Before yoga I had already developed a health consciousness around the age of 25 after an induced, spontaneous, enlightening experience.  I saw that we as a people had lost touch with the natural world and had become disconnected from our bodies.

I realized the importance of eating natural, locally grown, raw, and organic food.

You know the food that can’t fill that emotional void like a pizza can!

I did my best to live in this new healthy way but eventually I fell off.  I gave in to the unconscious eating habits of my past and society but yoga changed all that.

When your body is thriving and running at a high energy level it will not allow you to eat the same disgusting garbage so many American’s consume like unconscious animals today.

I couldn’t eat at Mcdonald’s if I wanted to.  I couldn’t eat a non-organic apple if I wanted to.  My body immediately recognizes what doesn’t serve it and shuts down.

This is why I believe body movement is more powerful than willpower.

A few weeks later, I noticed I had become more organized, more structured, and more consistent.  My income skyrocketed.  I went from making $2,500 a month to over $10,000 per month.

Wealth is created and channeled into physical form through structure, consistency, and organization.

Now because I learned how to move my body in this manner my bank account didn’t have a choice.

So let’s talk about love…

I had a broken heart before I began practicing yoga.  I would tense up anytime I even thought about the possibility of a relationship with another being.

I was like a monk in a cave, a workaholic who had given up on the idea of a romantic relationship.

Around this time I was practicing Ashtanga Yoga, it’s a warriors practice and not for the average person.  It has it’s benefits and it also has it’s flaws, we’ll talk more about this practice in a second.

One of the benefits of this practice was the opening of my heart.  I would practice almost every single day and each time my teacher would pull my shoulders apart as she had noticed they were enclosed (the bodies way of protecting the heart).

Well, what happens when you pull your shoulders back and you do it everyday until they stay that way?

LOVE.

I had a major breakthrough in my body that brought my current girlfriend into my life.  She is everything I had ever wanted.  She’s a dancer, she’s beautiful, she’s spiritual, she’s radiant, and everywhere I go with her she attracts attention.

I had placed this order with the universe years ago but it never came manifest until I opened my heart.  I didn’t have to go to counseling to do this, I didn’t even have to open my mouth.  I just moved my body.

With KD (my girlfriend) came a whole new world of challenges aka growth opportunities.  She was a dancer and I introduced her to yoga, she introduced me to dance.

Now, I love Ashtanga yoga.  It’s fast paced, strengthens the body very quickly, is very popular and is fun if you’re into a hard workout but like I said it has it’s flaws (for me).

One of them is the level of PRIDE a lot (not all) many yogi’s have around their practice.   I believe this comes from the rigidity of the practice.

It’s a system of sequential movements and postures, sames ones practiced over and over every single day.

I believe because of this rigidity in the practice it can create rigidity in your life.  I saw it happen in mine and now that I’m not a hardcore Ashtanga yoga dude I can see it in others.

Not saying that’s a bad thing, just observing what the practice created in my life and others.

I would always hear Ashtanga is the best practice, nothing even compares, and I took on that belief for a while.

I saw what I did as the best and every other practice as sub-par or I would think this person doesn’t get it and I would try to sell them my practice.  Looking back now it’s really funny that I ever behaved this way but now I can see that it was the result of the way I was moving my body.

One day I had hurt my neck after practice and was unable to practice yoga or any form of exercise for months.

During my time off I was able to look back at how my practice was affecting my life.  I witnessed my own rigidity and my own pride.  I am humble at my core, this was not a trait I wanted to continue to develop.

This did not mean I had to quit the practice, I practiced Ashtanga Yoga last night however, I did need to supplement it with more creative, free-flowing movements.

So I picked up a DVD by a gentlemen named Duncan Wong.  It was called source power and it was a fusion of yoga, martial arts, dance, and massage.  I was hooked.

I loved this practice and I began to notice it’s effects in my life within weeks.  I was more open, fun, flowing, and a lot less rigid.

A few weeks after that my friend Caleb posted a Facebook update about a fusion yoga/martial arts practice called Budokon.

I immediately Google’d it and found this video below by the creator of Budokon Cameron Shayne, and was totally inspired.  Everything he was saying completely resonated with me and was what I was experiencing.

“The way we move reflects the way we think. The way we think reflects the way we live. The way we live reflects the world we create. Therefore the art of our movement is always and forever will be affecting the art of our living.”  -Cameron Shayne

It was the best video on the philosophy of body movement I had ever seen.

So I began practicing Budokon along with Duncan Wong’s Yogic Arts, as well as Ashtanga Yoga, and I still take the time to explore new practices.

I see more and more fusion practices being developed and created because I believe we as a species are shifting from a linear way of thinking to a more holistic way of being.

Yoga is thousands of years old, martial arts is thousands of years old, and dance has been around since the beginning of time it is the fusion of these modalities that I believe will be the prevalent practices in our new world.

All of these systems are great but at the end of the day your life is your own work of art, so take what you learn from them and make your life the masterpiece it was meant to be.

Create your own style!

Aloha,

Jayson

Are your TOXIC habits preventing you from achieving your true goals in life?

Aloha,

I’ve been wanting to write this post for a long time, I really, really have! And the reason why is because most people in the business world simply do NOT get how important it is to have sound health.

I know lots of great marketers who I would describe in one word TOXIC.(trust me I’ve been to my fair share of live events, lots of partying)

I see so many people out there who could be accomplishing GREAT things in life who just don’t have a handle on themselves, they are completely out of control.

You see, I take a holistic approach in all areas of my life and I believe that the journey of an entrepreneur is an all encompassing one. And if you want to maximize your productivity then you’re going to need a lot of ENERGY.

Now, at 31 years old I can say I’ve got a pretty good grasp on what makes me feel good and what drains me.

So I want to share with you my ultra-productive secrets that I have personally used to accomplish my goals and keep me on top of my game.

1. EMOTIONAL RENEWAL: This is a scary one for a lot of people, especially people who spend a lot of time behind the computer each day.  20-30 mins of cardiovascular activity MINIMUM every single day is what you need to maintain happiness.  When we are not pumping oxygen in our lungs and blood in our body we become tense, angry, and out of balance.  I do a minimum of this much cardio at least 6 days a week.  Some forms of cardio are running, martial arts, and dance.

*I also recommend yoga to keep you strong, light, and flexible.

2. SUPERFOODS: As a society we now have access to the most POWERFUL foods on our planet.  We can take a trip down to our local health store and stock up on some of the densest nutrients known to man.  When I need a snack I eat berries, for breakfast I have a superfood smoothie.  It’s full of nutritious greens, berries, maca root, raw cacao, raw honey, goji berries, noni, and fresh coconut water.  It helps me run at my peak and will help you too.  It will actually change you from the inside out, try it!

3. CONTEMPLATION/MEDITATION: It is in the stillness that we are able to quiet the mind and tap into our source.  When we learn to do this not only does it revitalize the body in miraculous ways but it also allows us to tune in with the infinite and listen.  It develops our intuition, wipes the slate of the mind clean and keeps us open to opportunity and ideas.  This was a difficult discipline for me at first but now that I do it everyday, I wouldn’t go without it.

4. TIME SPENT IN NATURE: We must take time frequently to reconnect with nature.  We as a people used to live and breath as one with the Earth but in our modern world we live in concrete jungles surrounded by power lines and massive stimuli that take us completely out of balance.  What’s the remedy?  NATURE!  If you live in a big city go to a park and roll around in the grass, hug a tree.  Leave your cellphone, laptop, plans and worries behind and let Mother Earth renew your soul.

5. HUMAN CONNECTION/COMMUNITY: Fortunately living in Hawaii the ohana (family) vibe runs deep and there’s lots of events, meetups, potlucks, yoga classes I can go to whenever I am feeling the need to be around people.  We often forget as we’re banging away at our keyboards that the whole reason we are doing this is to be free and share that freedom with others.  Don’t become socially awkward and a slave to your business that you started to become free, it happened to me and it can happen to you!

6. KNOW WHEN TO UNPLUG: Don’t go to bed after spending all day working without spending some time to unwind.  You’ll have the worst sleep ever because your mind will be racing while your body is trying to shut down.  I don’t know what the long-term effects are to this but I would imagine many.  I unwind by reading a book, making love, or having some tea before bed.

7. HOUR OF POWER: I make it a point to wake up before the rest of the world and I really do believe the early bird catches the worm.  I wake up before my ego wants to and therefore I prosper and am in control.  What we want most as human beings is to feel like we’re in control, now whether we really are or not is up to speculation but I like to pretend we are.  I spend at least 1 hour each morning with myself renewing my body, mind, and soul before I ever touch my cell phone or turn on the computer.  It’s helped me tremendously and without it I suffer.

Ok, I know there is A LOT more to it than this but this is something anyone can use to start living a healthier more balanced lifestyle.  It’s not all about diet and exercise although they are very important they’re still not enough.

I also don’t drink out of the tap and don’t recommend you do either.  I eat healthy grains such as quinoa and oatmeal to keep me going strong throughout the day. Heavy foods and preservatives clog our bodies up and we completely shut down as all our energy is directed towards our digestion systems.

I don’t eat fast food, I don’t drink soda or eat anything with preservatives in it.  I always buy organic, I can’t even stand the taste of conventionally grown food anymore.  My body recognizes it right away and quickly notifies me to stop.

I simply do not engage in this type of behavior because it is dis-empowering.  Not that I haven’t in the past because I’ve done it all and more, I’ve swung to both sides of the pendulum and I can tell you that feeling good just feels better!

I also cleanse regularly, at least 2x a year and this discipline in and of itself completely changed my life.

Ok, just spreading some health consciousness.  Leave your thoughts and comments below, let me know what some of your daily rituals are to keep you at the top of your game.

Aloha!

Owning your power.

“How To Apply Timeless Rituals and Simple Disciplines To Your Day That Are Guaranteed To Deliver The Results And Feelings You’re Looking For In Life…”

“Most powerful is he who has himself in his own power.” ~Seneca

Self-control is how the masters harness the energy of life and channel it into whatever their vision may be.

This blog is about how we mere humans can attain it.  Like everything in life it is a process and is better done in small measurable increments, instead of all at once.

And it ALL starts on the inside.

Now, if you’re human you probably have a bad habit or two that you KNOW is affecting your ability to demonstrate your true potential and give your greatest gifts to the world, your business, your community, and your family.

So how do we overcome the things we know are limiting us and really start to step into our own infinite power?

Well, it starts with your state of mind or mindset.

We have all been blessed with the creative power to change our world.  Thought is our greatest gift and enemy it is our inherent spiritual POWER that we must learn to harness and control to manifest our vision for ourselves and the planet.

But it’s not always easy.

We are constantly being bombarded with stimuli, ideas, and images that persuade us to think in a certain way.  You must learn to tune out external distractions and tune into your greatest desires and follow them with everything you’ve got.

Use this blog post a a basic blueprint for you to follow to begin adding daily practices to your life that empower you and fill you up with energy instead of drain you.

This is how you create the FUEL for your dreams.

“Power comes from discipline” ~Stuart Wilde

Let’s start with language.  By paying attention to what comes out of our mouths and becoming conscious of our dis-empowering stories we can replace them with new, EMPOWERING stories.  It takes work at first but it sure beats a lifetime of creating our own suffering and poor circumstances.

Watch this video and learn just how much power your words really have over your behavior.  You may have learned this before but sometimes we forget the simplicity of the spiritual principles and tools we came with.

I’m sure you’ve heard the quite “as you speak so it is.” before.  Our words are powerful and what’s really cool is that we have ears to listen to what comes out of our mouths.  We have the ability to become consciously aware of the dialogue we have with our self and others.  If we catch ourselves saying things that are robbing and limiting us of our true potential, we can change it!

If you’ve read any positive thinking book such as “Think and Grow Rich”, “The Science of Getting Rich”, or “The Master Key System” you’ve noticed they all contain the use of affirmations.

Affirm means: To declare positively or firmly; maintain to be true.

Sometimes things come out of our mouth that we affirm to be true that aren’t really moving us towards our goals.  Some things we affirm to ourselves even put us in a state of wanting or need.

Things such as:

“I want to make money”
“I need to lose weight”

When we state these things to be true it put us in the state of wanting to make money or needing to lose weight and we stay there until we change our language patterns.

When we become aware of what comes out of our mouths we become aware of the thought pattern or belief that created it.  We can then use positive, present tense affirmations to replace the dis-empowering belief with an empowering one.

Everything is energy including our words and out thoughts which create our actions.  Energy cannot be created nor destroyed but it can be molded or bent.  So become a reality bender!

Learn to mold your thoughts and words to more empowering ideas and watch your life radically transform.

Perception is everything.

“When we change the way we look at things the things we look at change” ~Dr. Wayne Dyer

In order to add any new ritual or discipline in our lives we have to first make a decision to do so and stick to it.  If we keep telling ourselves we’re going to do something, start it and quit.  We develop the habit of failure over time.  It is not a pretty thing and something that is a process to pull yourself out of.

Start by installing a simple 30 day trial-discipline to regain control over your mind from your ego.  Something such as waking up early if you love to sleep in.  If you haven’t woken up to an alarm clock in years, start.  Set your alarm for 6am, become an early riser and it will work wonders for your life.

When you wake up before the rest of the world there’s a sense of quiet and peace.  It’s a time of observing and honoring yourself. I say install a trial discipline because it’s easier to gain momentum this way.  Your mind is more accepting of this new habit because it doesn’t think it’s permanent but once you complete a 30 day run successfully it’s much easier to make it an every day part of your reality.

When you start doing things like this slowly, one or a few at a time miraculous things will happen in your life.  Will power is an essential tool in your manifester’s tool-kit and without it you’re always paddling upstream.

Life is not meant to be hard.

So set aside some time each day to affirm to yourself what your heart desires, repetitively until it becomes true for you.  Auto-suggestion or affirmation is how you begin to build belief whether you believe it or not it works, try it!

Once you do it in one area in your life you can then begin applying it to others and pretty soon your whole life reaches a state of flow and you become nearly unstoppable.

You’ll be more productive, more fulfilled, more happy, and more free!
